Random...

So here it is, my first blog! I have read so many that I thought it would be cool to make one. Now that I have, I wonder if things are interesting enough around here to blog about! Most of the people reading this have been on my facebook or my myspace (when I had one) and know about us so I thought I would just post some random things and pictures of our daily lives!!!

Our day begins here around 7am. Derek is usually up with daddy at 6:30 but they let me sleep until daddy leaves. Derek usually wakes me up and says "goooood morning mommy! Can I watch my shows??" His shows are either playhouse Disney or whatever is on Noggin. This keeps him occupied while I get Leah ready for school. I always have to drag her out of bed... she's just like me! I also have to tell her exactly what to do to get ready EVERY morning! Brush your teeth, get your shoes on, etc. I am not sure why I have to do this because we have the same routine every morning!!! We are out the door by 8 and to school around 8:15. I usually run errands in the morning but since I have started potty training we have been coming straight home because I only use pull ups for night sleeping and I don't want to deal with that at a store... yet!! Some days consist of household chores and some I do hair. I enjoy doing hair still but I have cut back to one day a week because I felt like I never get anything done. Derek has lunch at 12 and takes a nap until 2:30 when we have to leave to get Leah. Mike usually get's home around 4 and we have dinner at 5. Not too exciting!!! Our evenings are Daddy's domain. He wrestles, has tea parties and watched movies with the kids. He's an amazing dad!! They go to bed at 8 on the dot but Leah asked the other day if they could start going to bed at 7 because she's too tired in the morning!!! Hasn't happened yet but we'll see. That's our life!
