- We are officially on day 30 of P90X! I have only dropped about 2 pounds but have seen some major toning results! I also have a TON more energy and endurance! I never realized how sedentary I had gotten. Now I get antsy if I'm not doing something productive!
- We finally have all of our rental units filled. We went through a nasty eviction that cost a lot of money and time. We are very glad that is over!
- We have been doing Dave Ramsey's financial peace since the first of the year and it has been so eye-opening! Even with the hard hit of the eviction and all of the money our tenant didn't pay us, we were still able to pay off some debt! With that said...
- We are putting the home search on the back burner(again) until we are debt free! This does not include our mortgages so we will be able to start looking again by the end of the year(Lord willing)!!!
- Derek is turning 4 in 8 days... I really can't talk about it though because it make me weepy! He just got his booster seat because he could absolutely not fit in the 5 point anymore!
- Our vacation is only 14 weeks away!! I cannot wait to be on the beach! Being in Ohio this time of year makes you dream of warm breezes!!
Well, I think that does it for now! I have a ton of pictures I need to get on here so let's hope I actually get around to it!!!

We are on the Dave Ramesy plan too. I am going to take a class locally to get us jump started. Can't wait to be debt free either. WE are doing good....but could be much further along.
14 weeks until the beach...that sounds great. I can't wait for the warmer weather.
