We finally have a weekend of just relaxation... this doesn't happen very often!! We have 5 rental units so there's usually work to do with those or family get togethers. Last night Mike and I went to his company "Christmas" party. They always have it in February or March so that it doesn't interfere with other holiday plans or the convention in January. It was really nice! We went to a fancy steak house in Toledo. The food was amazing!!! We also usually get a bonus but this year everyone got a BOSE wave radio. Truth be told, I really wish we would have just gotten money but it will be nice to have the radio for when I clean the house.
On the potty training front... it hasn't gone well over the last 24 hours! Why? Because he spent the night at Gramma and Papas! I think he thought the same rules didn't apply there because let's face it... anything goes there... including pooping his pants TWICE and peeing more in his pants than in the potty! UGGHH!! He'll get it, I know he will! He can't pee in his pants till he's 15 right?!?! Anyway, we are back on track today hopefully! We didn't have ANY accidents for 2 consecutive days this week, so we are on track!
Well, the kids just woke up from their naps! Yes, my 6 1/2 yr old still takes full naps on the weekends! We are gonna go for a walk to the park because it is such a great day today!! Have a happy Saturday!!
